领导班子是组织协调运转的关键和核心,如果领导班子不协调,必将导致整个组织处于无序状态,给工作造成大的损失。领导班子不协调有着多方面的原因,但主要还是由于领导班子自身的问题。 一是权力之争。在领导班子内部,各个成员按分工不同被赋予了特定的权力。但每个领导者为了充分发挥自己的行政效能,总是力图掌握本组织内最具制约力的权力。如果领导班子成员之间对这些权力不能进行合理的分配,要权力一人独掌,要对所分配的权力实行垄断,就必然会引起领导班子成员关严不协调。
The leading body is the key and core of the organization and operation. If the leading bodies are not coordinated, it will surely lead to the disorderly state of the entire organization, causing great losses to the work. The uncoordinated leadership has many reasons, but mainly because of the leadership’s own problems. First, the power struggle. Within the leadership body, each member is given specific powers according to the division of labor. However, in order to give full play to their own administrative effectiveness, each leader always tries to grasp the most restrictive power in the Organization. If the members of the leading group can not rationally allocate these powers, they should exercise their power alone and monopolize the power they distribute. This will inevitably lead to the incarceration of the members of the leading bodies.
