在增产节约运动中,为了不断提高产品质量、减轻劳动强度,我们设计和制造了差动自动进给钻床,用于缝纫机机壳、底板等零件的钻削加工。传动原理电机18经皮带轮17、6,通过平键7把动力传递给花键套16,带动主轴4旋转。同时,另一组皮带轮17、8带动曲线轮10运转,由于皮带轮6、8做同向旋转,但直径不同、转速也不同,在运转时产生相对位移。这样,紧固在皮带轮8上的曲线轮10和主轴4末端的滚柱套14之间也产生了位移,滚柱套14沿着曲线运动,带动主轴4完成:快进、工进、停留、快退。
In the campaign to increase production efficiency, in order to continuously improve product quality, reduce labor intensity, we designed and manufactured a differential automatic feed drill, for sewing machine casing, floor and other parts of the drilling. The roller sleeve 14 moves along the curve to drive the main shaft 4 to complete: fast-forwarding, work-in, Rewind.
