4月1日启用上地信息产业基地1枚。 7月1日启用3枚,分别是北京游乐园、保利大厦酒店、中国国际贸易中心。为迎接“第33届世界邮政日”,北京市邮政管理局设计刻制了中华民族园等系列风景日戳46枚,于10月9日启用。此次刻发的风景日戳共138枚(每个图案刻1-3号,钢质,直径30毫米)第1号分别发各风景点所属支局所使用。第2号发风景点所属区局邮票公司使用。第3号发市邮票公司使用。其中,“中国人民抗日战争纪念馆”风景日戳因刻制有误,暂未启用。
