新型AlPO_4分子筛CFAP-5和硅磷铝分子筛CFSAPO-5分别水热合成于Pr_3N(三丙胺)-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5-H_2O体系和Pr_2N-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5-SiO_2-H_2O体系中。反应物摩尔配比分别.为:Pr_3N∶Al_2O_3∶P_2O_5∶H-2O=1∶(1~1.2)∶1∶(40~80)和Pr_3N∶Al_2O_3∶P_2O_5∶SiO_2∶H_2O=1∶(1~1.2)∶1∶(0.5~2)∶(40~80),反应温度140℃。二丙胺亦可作为模板剂。经XRD、IR、TG、DTA和吸附等研究证明,CFAP-5在300~450℃之间、CFSAPO-5在300~600℃之间经焙烧后生成的相应分子筛,最大吸附孔径为4.4~4.9(?)。
The novel AlPO 4 molecular sieves CFAP-5 and silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieves CFSAPO-5 were hydrothermally synthesized in Pr 3 N (tripropylamine) -Al 2 O 3 -P 2 O 5 -H 2 O system and Pr 2 N-Al 2 O 3 -P 2 O 5 -SiO 2 -H 2 O system respectively. The molar ratio of the reactants is respectively as follows: Pr_3N: Al_2O_3: P_2O_5: H-2O = 1: 1~1.2: 1: 40~80 and Pr_3N:Al_2O_3:P_2O_5:SiO_2:H_2O = 1.2): 1: (0.5 ~ 2): (40 ~ 80), the reaction temperature is 140 ℃. Dipropylamine can also act as a template. The results of XRD, IR, TG, DTA and adsorption show that the corresponding molecular sieves of CFAP-5 calcined at 300-400 ℃ and CFSAPO-5 calcined at 300-600 ℃ have the maximum adsorption pore size of 4.4-4.9 (?).
