介绍一个基于自适应神经元的同期智能控制器。探讨使用两个神经元进行频率相角复合同期控制器的设计方法,给出一种神经元权系数初值的选取方法,进行了实验室和电站试验。结果表明这种新颖的同期控制器具有良好的控制品质,可使水轮机组启动后快速进入同期点,提供每分钟8次左右的并网机会,具有工程应用前景。
Introduce a synaptic intelligent controller based on adaptive neuron. In this paper, we discuss the design method of the synchronization controller using two neurons for frequency-phase angle synthesis, and give a method to choose the initial value of the neuron’s weight coefficient. Experiments in laboratory and power station are carried out. The results show that this novel synchronization controller has good control quality, which can make the turbine enter the same period quickly after it starts up, and provide the chance of grid connection about 8 times per minute, which has the engineering application prospect.
