利用简易的“一锅法”制备了正丁硫醇修饰的MoS_2纳米片(MoS_2-C_4),并对其结构、组分、形貌及电双稳性能进行了研究。正丁硫醇在反应过程中既作为硫源,又作为表面活性剂。X射线衍射(XRD)测试表明制备的样品为六方晶系的MoS_2。从透射电镜(TEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)可以看出样品的形貌为片状,较大的纳米片是由较小的纳米片自组装而成。测试了样品的吸收光谱,由吸收峰的位置证明了合成的样品为2H-MoS_2纳米片。利用旋涂法将所制备的纳米片与聚乙烯基咔唑(PVK)的混合物制备了电双稳器件,通过电流-电压(I-V)测试证明了该器件具有很好的电双稳性能。
The n-butanethiol modified MoS_2 nanosheets (MoS_2-C_4) were prepared by a simple “one-pot method”. The structure, composition, morphology and electric bistability of the samples were also studied. Butanethiol in the reaction process as both a sulfur source, but also as a surfactant. X-ray diffraction (XRD) tests show that the sample prepared is hexagonal MoS_2. From the TEM and AFM, we can see that the morphology of the sample is flaky, and the larger nanosheets are self-assembled by the smaller nanosheets. The absorption spectrum of the sample was tested, and the position of the absorption peak proved that the synthesized sample was 2H-MoS 2 nanosheet. Fabrication of an electric bistable device by a spin-on method using a mixture of the prepared nanosheet and polyvinylcarbazole (PVK) shows that the device has good electric bistability by the current-voltage (I-V) test.
