老龄化是一个社会问题,更是一个经济问题。推动养老服务产业化,大力发展养老服务产业,是我国应对老龄化严峻形势、构建社会养老服务体系的客观要求和现实选择。总体而言,目前的养老服务体系建设还处于起步阶段,面对日益扩大的养老保障需求和多样化的养老服务需求,政府主导的财政投入模式压力倍增,资金问题成为制约养老服务体系建设的重要瓶颈之一。本文拟通过荣成盛泉养老服务股份有限公司在上海股权托管交易中心成功挂牌的案例,分析场外股权交易市场在养老服务产业拓宽融资渠道、探求资本化发展中的作用,为突破养老服务体系建设资金瓶颈提供了新思路。
