亲爱的全国男女工人、工程技术人员、职员同志们!职工家属同志们!发展国民经济的第一个五年计划,已经由全国人民代表大会正式通过了。第一个五年计划,是我们伟大的中国共产党和毛主席,领导全国人民建设社会主义的第一个伟大的计划!请看!第一个五年计划规定:在五年内,国家将拿出七百六十六亿四千万元,折合黄金七万万两以上的资金,来建设工厂、矿山、电站、铁路和学校,这就是要为全国人民建设社会主义的幸福生活打下初步的良好的基础!这个伟大的计划使我们感到万分的兴奋!
Dear national men and women workers, engineers and technicians, staff comrades! Comrades of the families of workers and staff members! The first five-year plan for developing the national economy has been formally adopted by the National People’s Congress. The first five-year plan is the great plan of our great CPC and Chairman Mao to lead the people across the country in building socialism! The first five-year plan stipulates: Within five years, the state will come up with 76.64 billion yuan, equivalent to 700 million yuan worth of gold and more, to build factories, mines, power stations, railways and schools.
