目的:探讨中原油田油水井套管损坏的有效防治途径。方法:对中原油田油水井套管损坏状况进行统计、归类,并对形成套管损坏的因素和损坏的机理进行分析、理论计算和室内实验。套管损坏的成因分为盐膏层蠕变、不恰当的射孔密度、注入水水窜诱发泥岩膨胀和少数断层复活、套管管柱设计不合理、油田高压注水及地层高矿化度水腐蚀等,并对上述因素作了分析。结果:油水井套管损坏是多种因素综合作用的结果,但对某一油水井套管损坏,有一种因素起主导作用。钻井时合理设计套管管柱,搞好油田注水和防腐,油水井增产增注措施的科学设计与施工是预防套管损坏的主要内容。结论:科学开发油田,积极预防油水井套管损坏至关重要;对已破损套管研究科学实用的修复方法是改善油田开发效果的重要措施。
Objective: To explore effective ways to prevent casing damage of oil and water wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield. Methods: The casing damage conditions of oil and water wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield were calculated and classified. The causes of casing damage and mechanism of damage were analyzed, theoretical calculation and laboratory experiments. The cause of casing damage is divided into the creep of salt paste layer, improper perforation density, injection of water channeling induced mudstone expansion and a few fault reactivation, casing string design is not reasonable, high pressure water injection and formation of high salinity water Corrosion, etc., and analyzed the above factors. Results: The casing damage of oil and water wells is the result of a combination of many factors. However, there is one factor that plays a leading role in the casing damage of an oil and water well. The main content of casing damage prevention is to design casing string reasonably, do well water injection and preservation in oilfield, and design and construction of stimulation measures for oil and water well stimulation. CONCLUSION: It is very important to prevent oil and water well casing damage effectively by developing oilfield scientifically. It is an important measure to improve the effect of oilfield development by scientifically and practically repairing damaged casing.
