格林—巴利氏综合征(GBS),是一种国内外均常见的、见于各年龄组的疾病,其最显著的形态学特征是,周围神经系统广泛的节段性脱髓鞘和炎症反应。近卅年来,通过动物模型的建立,在 GBS 免疫发病机理的研究方面取得了很大进展。但至今仍不能解释所有由不同原因造成的 GBS。目前认为是神经系统自身免疫性疾病。本文就GBS 的发病机理的研究进展及其治疗作一综述。
Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is a disease that is common at home and abroad and is found in all age groups. The most prominent morphological features of GBS are the extensive segmental demyelination and inflammatory response in the peripheral nervous system . In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of the pathogenesis of GBS by establishing an animal model. But so far still can not explain all the GBS caused by different reasons. Currently considered to be nervous system autoimmune diseases. This article reviews the pathogenesis of GBS research progress and treatment.
