创意产业作为新兴产业正蓬勃兴起,其产品附加值高、规模收益显著、资源消耗低、环境污染少。发展创意产业对具有资源优势和区位优势的区域经济增长有一定作用。新疆维吾尔自治区(简称新疆)具有发展创意产业的基础和优势,应在强化政策支持、重视创意人才培养、支持重点行业发展、建设创意产业园区及开辟新的市场空间等方面采取措施,促进其创意产业发展。
