家族企业在我国企业中扮演着重要的角色,深入挖掘其代际传承意愿对家族企业的顺利传承和我国社会经济的稳定发展具有重要作用。本文首先从社会环境和行业背景两个宏观视角进行了分析,接下来从利益相关者之间、在任者和接班人之间、企业内部因素之间的因素进行了讨论,最后对家族企业代际传承意愿的影响因素进行了展望,以期为家族企业代际传承意愿的影响因素的研究提供参考和借鉴。
Family businesses play an important role in our country’s enterprises. It is of great significance to dig out their wishes of intergenerational inheritance for the smooth inheritance of family-owned enterprises and the stable development of social economy in our country. This article first analyzes from two macro-perspectives of social environment and industry background, and then discusses the factors among stakeholders, between the incumbent and successors, and among the internal factors of the enterprise. Finally, The expectation of inheritance will be prospected in order to provide references for the research on the influencing factors of intergenerational descendantship of family businesses.
