面对大冲击载荷、高加速度和高温等恶劣工况,轴承方案的确定是高端高频振动压路机产品开发的关键所在。LSL和ZSL系列低摩擦圆柱滚子轴承具有承载能力高、极限转速高、摩擦力矩小等特点,可满足高频振动压路机的上述工况。利用对高频振动压路机实际工况的数字仿真,给出了优化的轴承方案,并已通过强化试验,顺利实现国内首台频率大于60Hz的高频振动压路机的研制。
