目的:探讨BeyondⅡ冷光美白对四环素牙和氟斑牙的美白效果。方法:选取轻中度四环素牙与氟斑牙各30例应用BeyondⅡ冷光美白仪及其套装治疗,治疗前30分钟给于口服止疼剂;治疗前、后使用Vita16色比色板进行比色,拍照记录。观察并记录术后24h、1w、6m患者牙齿美白维持的效果。结果:四环素牙及氟斑牙24h美白有效率分别为98.72%、99.36%;1w的时候96.80%、98.13%;6m时的89.21%和97.35%;美白术后1周到6个月期间四环素牙的美白有效率下降,且到美白后6个月的时候有效率,四环素牙显著低于氟斑牙(p<0.05)。结论:四环素牙和氟斑牙经BeyondⅡ冷光美白治疗后美白效果明显,但是随着时间的延长,需要配合护理以延长美白效果。 Objective: To investigate the whitening effect of Beyond Ⅱ cold whitening on tetracycline tooth and dental fluorosis. Methods: 30 cases of light and moderate tetracycline tooth and dental fluorosis were treated with Beyond Ⅱ cold light whitening instrument and their suits. Oral pain relievers were given 30 minutes before treatment. Before and after treatment, colorimetric was performed with Vita16 color plate, Photo record. Observed and recorded after 24h, 1w, 6m teeth whitening effect of patients. Results: Tetracycline and dental fluorosis 24h whitening efficiency were 98.72%, 99.36%; 1w 96.80%, 98.13%; 89.21% and 97.35% at 6m; tetracycline teeth between 1 week and 6 months after whitening surgery Whitening efficiency decreased, and to 6 months after whitening efficiency, tetracycline teeth significantly lower than the dental fluorosis (p <0.05). CONCLUSION: Tetracycline and dental fluorosis have obvious whitening effects after being treated with Beyond Ⅱ cold light whitening treatment. But with the prolongation of time, care needs to be taken to prolong the whitening effect.
