对7050-T7451铝合金试件的三类不同试样激光冲击强化处理,研究其7组疲劳寿命值,并对铝合金试件的疲劳试验结果分别用单侧容限因数法和二维Weibull分布法进行疲劳安全寿命估算及比较.结果表明,激光冲击强化作用大大提高了铝合金试样的疲劳寿命;在考虑置信度和可靠度的前提下,单侧容限因数法能得到一个确切的疲劳安全寿命估算值,而二维Weibull分布法则得到一个疲劳安全寿命值的取值范围;考虑到工程应用中成本、安全等因素对疲劳安全寿命值的不同要求,二维Weibull分布法更具有工程适用性.
Three different types of 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy specimens were laser shock-treated to study their fatigue life values of 7 groups.
