选用FSSS粒度为3μm~4μm的FW—1型工业钨粉,在湿氢中经1200℃1h的高温处理,粉末的粒度、粒形都产生了相应的变化,并具有良好的成型性能。该粉末在超高压条件下,生坯的相对质量密度可达90%以上。烧结实验证实,这种高密度的生坯,具有优良的烧结性能,经1800℃4h或2100℃1h烧结,其相对质量密度分别达到95.65%和94.76%。
The FW-1 type industrial tungsten powder with the FSSS particle size of 3μm ~ 4μm was selected and treated in high temperature at 1200 ℃ for 1h in wet hydrogen. The particle size and grain shape of the powder produced corresponding changes, and had good formability. The powder under the conditions of ultra-high pressure, the relative mass density of the green body up to 90%. Sintering experiments confirmed that this high-density green body has excellent sintering properties. After sintering at 1800 ℃ for 4h or 2100 ℃ for 1h, the relative mass density reached 95.65% and 94.76% respectively.
