射击运动是一传统运动项目,也是我国奥运会夺金重点项目。再者,射击是一个性化很强的运动项目,对射击运动的特点研究相对比较少,本文从训练实际出发,以表面肌电为研究方法,对我国几名优秀手枪射击运动员在射击过程中的肌电进行研完。利用美国产Noraxon无线肌电遥测系统对射击时持枪臂技术动作的肌电进行采集和纪录并进行分析。分析中选取射击肌肉贡献率为研究指标。试图从持枪臂主要肌肉群在射击运动中贡献率来揭示手枪射击激发前3秒的技术特点,为以后手枪射击运动员的训练提供一些有用的参考信息。
