建立与业绩贡献挂钩的企业薪酬体制 薪酬既是对员工:过去工作努力的肯定和补偿,也是对员工未来工作的激励。薪酬不仅代表着企业对员工作作的认同,而且在一定程度上代表着员工自身的价值、能力和发展前景。因此,薪酬激励不仅仅是一种物质激励,同时也隐含着成就地位等精神激励成分。执行力文化的形成是以企业切合实际的激励机制为依托和载体的。
