目的:恰当运用数据包络分析(DEA)对哈尔滨市社区卫生服务中心进行效率评价,以期对哈尔滨市社区卫生服务中心的优化资源配置和提高运营效率提供政策依据。方法:利用DEA对哈尔滨市2012年101家社区卫生服务中心的数据进行分析,对其效率进行评价。结果:哈尔滨市101家社区卫生服务中心平均技术效率为0.737,其中低于0.70的占46.53%,介于0.70~0.90之间的占30.69%,高于0.9的占22.77%。结论:哈尔滨市社区卫生服务中心的服务能力有待提高。 Objective: Appropriate use of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evaluate the efficiency of community health service centers in Harbin in order to provide policy basis for the optimization of resource allocation and operational efficiency of community health service centers in Harbin. Methods: DEA was used to analyze the data of 101 community health service centers in Harbin in 2012, and its efficiency was evaluated. Results: The average technical efficiency of 101 community health service centers in Harbin was 0.737, of which 46.53% were below 0.70, 30.69% were between 0.70 and 0.90, and 22.77% were higher than 0.9. Conclusion: The service capability of community health service center in Harbin needs to be improved.
