某施工队在施工过程中,因井口塌方,将Φ800的钻头连同Φ89的钻杆一起埋于地下-35m处,塌方的物体主要是石块、混凝土块以及装满石子的编织袋,被掩埋钻头和钻杆的深度为6m,埋钻后,施工队首先采取人力处理,连续奋战了十多个昼夜,可是没有成效。 后来,我们用运动合成的方法解决了埋钻。它的工作原理是: ①在地上,让被埋钻的钻杆围绕孔的中心线迥转,其运动规迹为倒圆锥体(见图a); ②让处理事故的小钻头,连同钻杆,作自转运动和垂直向下运动(见图b);
During the construction process, a construction team buried the Φ800 drill bit together with the Φ89 drill pipe in the underground -35m area due to the collapse of the wellhead. The landslide objects were mainly stones, concrete blocks, and woven bags filled with stones, and the buried drill bit was buried. The depth of the drill pipe is 6m.
