目的:研究青海地区彩色多普勒联合四维超声技术诊断胎儿宫内窘迫的应用价值。方法:选取我院2013年1月—2014年5月43例出现胎儿宫内窘迫的孕妇,根据四维超声实时成像分析胎儿脐带绕颈、扭转情况,采用彩色多普勒检测胎儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉血流动力学指标平均值,研究超声诊断的应用价值。结果:43例胎儿宫内窘迫病例,39例超声诊断与临床诊断结果相符,符合率高达92.86%,胎儿大脑中动脉(MCA)、脐动脉(UMA)血流动力学指标平均值异常,与正常胎儿存在差异。结论:彩色多普勒联合四维超声技术,可直观反映脐带形态结构的异常情况及胎儿在孕妇宫内的血流动力学情况,相关检测数据可作为一项敏感性、特异性指标,为诊断提供科学的声像图依据、可靠数据指标信息。
Objective: To study the value of color Doppler combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal distress in Qinghai. Methods: Forty-three pregnant women with fetal distress were selected from January 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital. The umbilical cord around the neck and torsion was analyzed by four-dimensional ultrasound real-time imaging. The fetal umbilical artery was detected by color Doppler. The average value of arterial hemodynamics index, study the value of ultrasonic diagnosis. Results: Forty-three cases of fetal distress and 39 cases of ultrasonography were consistent with clinical diagnosis. The coincidence rate was as high as 92.86%. The average hemodynamic indexes of fetal middle cerebral artery (MCA) and umbilical artery (UMA) Fetal differences exist. Conclusion: Color Doppler combined with four-dimensional ultrasound can intuitively reflect the abnormality of umbilical cord morphology and fetal hemodynamics in pregnant women. Relevant detection data can be used as a sensitive and specific index for diagnosis Scientific sonographic basis, reliable data indicator information.
