幼儿教师继续教育具有其存在的必要性和急迫性,在提高幼儿教师学历、教学水平和信息技术能力方面起着举足轻重的作用。在深入认识幼儿教师继续教育的基础上,探讨继续教育健康发展显得尤为重要,是实现继续教育健康发展的立论基础。本文针对幼儿教师继续教育中出现的误区进行了详细的阐释,并提出了对策,为幼儿教师继续教育中存在问题的解决提供了一定的参考意见。
Continuing education for kindergarten teachers has its own necessity and urgency. It plays an important role in improving kindergarten teacher education, teaching level and information technology ability. On the basis of understanding the continuing education of kindergarten teachers in-depth, it is particularly important to explore the healthy development of continuing education, which is the basis for the realization of the healthy development of continuing education. This article explains in detail the mistaken ideas that appear in continuing education of kindergarten teachers and puts forward countermeasures to provide some suggestions for the solution of existing problems in kindergarten teachers’ continuing education.
