在冀中能源集团公司做强做大,跨跃发展的形势下,保卫部门担负的任务越来越重,为了适应新形势、新任务的发展变化,如何更好的激发保卫人员的工作积极性,不断提高队伍整体素质和战斗力,为企业保好驾护好航,是我们保卫部门面临的一个迫切问题。我认为应将考核奖励机制引进到保卫队伍建设中来,建立一套完备的考核激励机制,解决当前工作中“干与不干一个样,干多干少一个样”的问题,进一步形成竞争、择优的环境和氛围。
