1前言微球压敏胶作为压敏胶粘剂(PSA)的一种,广泛地应用于便条、标签等产品。微球PSA的最大特点是可以反复剥离、粘贴,而粘接性能保持不变,且不污染被粘表面。此外,PSA不会产生“冷流”而使粘接力变大,其原因主要是其本身的内聚强度较高,以及特殊的结构。内聚强度大,表现为弹性较好,在慢速压力作用下的黏性流动
1 Introduction Microspheres PSA as a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), widely used in notes, labels and other products. The most prominent feature of microsphere PSA is that it can be peeled and pasted repeatedly, while the adhesive property remains the same, and does not pollute the surface to be adhered. In addition, PSA does not produce “cold flow ” and the adhesive force becomes larger, mainly because of its high cohesive strength, as well as the special structure. Cohesive strength, performance is better elasticity, the slow pressure under the viscous flow
