一次点火起爆法是防止爆破事故、保障工人生产安全的一项重要措施。广西平桂矿务局根据冶金部1976年10月在山东福山铜矿召开的安全防尘座谈会的精神,发动群众,通过试点,迅速推广了这个先进方法。该局首先在珊瑚锡矿长营岭坑口一工区试点,经过一个多月努力,点火率达到100％,爆破效率达90％以上。今年元月份又在这个坑口的三个工区全面推广。矿务局于2月初在珊瑚锡矿召开了有爆破工、技术人员和领导干部参加的爆破安全会议。到会同志到现场边听讲解边操作,很快掌握了操作要领。
An ignition initiation method is to prevent blasting accident, to protect the safety of workers an important measure. Based on the spirit of the dust prevention forum held by the Ministry of Metallurgy in October 1976 at the Fushan Copper Mine in Shandong Province, the Guangxi Pinggu Mines Bureau mobilized the masses and quickly promoted this advanced method through pilot projects. The bureau first piloted at a work area in Changyingling Hangou, Coral Tin Mine. After more than a month of hard work, the ignition rate reached 100% and the blasting efficiency reached over 90%. In January of this year, the three work areas in the Hang Hau area were fully popularized. The Bureau of Mines held a blasting safety conference involving blasting workers, technicians and leading cadres at Coral Tin in early February. At the meeting, comrades went to the scene and listened to explain the operation, and quickly mastered the essentials of operation.
