教育的目的在于引导个体挖掘潜能,服务社会,成为知情意行合一且品德修养良好的人,培养学生的良、善品德是教育的基本内涵。1949年以后,我国台湾地区道德教育经历了许多变化,以历次中小学课程标准的修订为参照,台湾地区德育改革可以划分为三个阶段。第一个阶段是自1967年台湾地区实施九年义务教育以来,初中和小学都设有道德的教学科目,安排固定的教学时间,使用教科书进行正式的教学活动,期望通过学校道德教育的实施,提升民众的伦理道德并培养公民基本知能。第二
