目的:从文献计量学角度分析基因多态性对药代动力学产生影响的研究概况。方法:以ISI Web of Knowledge的Web of Science数据库为检索数据库,检索1992~2016年研究基因多态性对药代动力学的影响的文献,检索策略为TI=(polymorphism OR gene polymorphism OR genetic polymorphism)AND TI=pharmacokinetics。采用文献计量分析的方法,对检索到的相关文献的年代、国家/地区、期刊分布、高被引文献等方面进行统计分析。结果:Web of Science数据库中检索到638条结果,发文量呈逐年递增趋势,中国的文献数最多(17.24%),其次是日本、美国等国家。结论:基因多态性对药代动力学产生影响仍是研究热点。中国的发文量虽排第一位,但是文章的质量及影响力较欧美地区仍存在一定差距,建议加强国际间合作,以提高我国的研究水平。
Objective: To analyze the influence of gene polymorphism on pharmacokinetics from the perspective of bibliometrics. METHODS: The ISI Web of Science Web of Science database was used as a search database to search the literature on the influence of genetic polymorphism on pharmacokinetics from 1992 to 2016. The search strategy was TI = (polymorphism OR gene polymorphism OR genetic polymorphism) AND TI = pharmacokinetics. Using the method of bibliometrics analysis, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the retrieved relevant documents such as the age, country / region, periodical distribution and highly cited documents. Results: A total of 638 results were retrieved from the Web of Science database. The number of published papers increased year by year, with the largest number of articles in China (17.24%), followed by Japan and the United States. Conclusion: The influence of gene polymorphism on pharmacokinetics remains a hot issue. Although China ranks first in sending documents, the quality and influence of the articles are still far behind those in Europe and the United States. It is suggested that international cooperation should be strengthened so as to raise the research level in our country.
