有源配电网的多电源特性有利于释放线路容量、改善电压水平、延缓电网投资。针对含分布式电源的配电网,建立了一种计及电压越限投资成本的有源配电网节点电价计算方法。该方法通过量化分布式电源接入引起的潮流变化对未来容量与电压越限投资的影响,对双向潮流情况下元件投资年限进行求解与修正。在此基础上,利用长期增量成本法计算节点电价,评估了现有网络的容量利用水平与电压越限程度。IEEE 33节点系统算例分析表明,所提定价方法能够反映各节点对有源网络容量与电压越限程度的贡献水平,可以指导合理的电力消费与电网规划。
The multi-power nature of active distribution networks helps to release line capacity, improve voltage levels and delay grid investment. For distribution network with distributed generation, a method for calculating the grid price of active distribution network considering the voltage over-investment cost is established. This method solves and corrects the investment life of components under bidirectional power flow by quantifying the impact of power flow changes caused by distributed power access on future capacity and voltage over-investment. On this basis, the long-term incremental cost method is used to calculate the node price, and the capacity utilization level and the voltage over-voltage level of the existing network are evaluated. The analysis of the example of IEEE 33-bus system shows that the proposed pricing method can reflect the contribution of each node to the active network capacity and voltage over-limit, which can guide the reasonable power consumption and grid planning.
