2009年,是广西经济发展面临挑战最严重、困难最多、压力最大的一年,国际金融危机对我区产业、企业、就业、外贸等方面都产生了严重冲击。如今,半年时间已经过去,广西在前进历程中留下了一串坚实的脚印:一批重大项目顺利开工建设,广西北部湾经济区开发建设高速前进,“三农”工作为实现“四保”目标夯实基础,2009桂台经贸合作演绎了开放开发的新篇章,保障和改善民生切实解决了民生难题……我区科学发展正逐步步入佳境。
In 2009, this year was the most challenging, the most difficult and the most pressured one for the economic development of Guangxi. The international financial crisis had a serious impact on the industries, enterprises, employment and foreign trade of our region. Today, half a year has passed. Guangxi has left a solid footprints in the course of its progress. A number of major projects have been successfully started construction and the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi has made rapid progress in development and construction. The “Three Rural Issues” Four Guarantees "to consolidate the foundation. In 2009, the economic and trade cooperation between Guangxi and Taiwan interpreted a new chapter in opening up and development, and guaranteed and improved people’s livelihood. The problem of people’s livelihood was effectively solved. The scientific development in our district is gradually getting better.
