“综合素质评价”和“多元录取”是深化教育领域综合改革尤其是初、高中教育评价改革中的重要内容。新课程改革和素质教育的语境赋予了“综合素质评价”新的内涵诉求与价值期待。从教育生态位理论出发,通过理论透视综合素质评价和多元录取中存在的矛盾、冲突与博弈,可以协同构建一种教育评价与多元录取的和谐生态系统,探寻从“综合素质评价”到“多元录取”的对应接轨模式,最终使其走向一种偏好交融、主体对话以及意义回归的“对话—融合”状态,达成教育评价与多元录取共生、互补的境界。
“Comprehensive Quality Evaluation” and “Multiple Admission” are the important contents in deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education, especially in the evaluation of primary and senior secondary education. The context of the new curriculum reform and quality education endows the new connotation and value expectation of “comprehensive quality evaluation ”. Based on the theory of educational niche, through theoretical analysis of the contradictions, conflicts and games existing in the comprehensive quality evaluation and multiple admission, a harmonious ecosystem of education evaluation and multiple admission can be constructed in cooperation to explore from “comprehensive quality evaluation” to “Diversified admission ” corresponding to the convergence mode, and finally to make it a blend of preferences, the main dialogue and the return of meaning “dialogue - fusion ” state, reached the education evaluation and diversity admission symbiosis, complementary realm.
