在热油气长输管道系中,为了限制热胀位移,保护弯头及泵站等安全运转,往往安装锚固墩。锚固墩所受推力究竟多大,尚未见到理论分析。有些管道设计单位,曾按照锚死直管自由端时所需承受的推力,来设计锚固墩,实践表明,这是过于保守的。后来又按经验多次减少设计推力,但无可靠的理论根据。 本文只分析水平埋地管道系中,弯头附近锚固墩的位移及其所受推力。给出了位移计算公式及推力计算公式,可供管道设计单位作为参考。文中考虑了温差、内压,及封头力等多种影响。
In the hot oil and gas long-distance pipeline system, in order to limit the thermal expansion displacement, to protect the elbow and pump station and other safe operation, often install anchor. Some pipeline design units have designed anchor piers according to the thrust that they must withstand when anchoring the free ends of straight pipes. Practice shows that this is too conservative. Later, according to experience, several times to reduce the design thrust, but no reliable theoretical basis. This article only analyzes the displacement and the thrust force of anchor piers near the elbow in horizontal buried pipelines. Displacement calculation formula and thrust calculation formula are given, which can be used as reference for pipeline design unit. In the paper, various influences such as temperature difference, internal pressure and head force are considered.
