以天然砂混凝土为基准,对比研究了机制砂以及机制砂中石粉含量、砂率变化对混凝土抗压强度与耐磨性的影响。研究结果表明:随着水灰比降低,无论是机制砂还是天然砂混凝土的抗压强度均逐渐增大,磨耗值逐渐降低。在同等条件下(相同水灰比、相同浆体含量),机制砂混凝土的强度与耐磨性均优于天然砂混凝土。当石粉含量在10%以内时,随石粉含量增加,机制砂混凝土磨耗值显著降低,但当石粉含量高于10%时,机制砂混凝土的磨耗值又略有提高。且随着机制砂混凝土砂率的提高,机制砂混凝土耐磨性下降。
Based on natural sand concrete, the influence of the change of sand content and sand content on the compressive strength and wear resistance of concrete was compared and studied. The results show that with the decrease of water-cement ratio, the compressive strength of both the system sand and the natural sand concrete gradually increases, and the wear value decreases gradually. Under the same conditions (the same water-cement ratio, the same slurry content), the mechanical strength and wear resistance of the sand are better than the natural sand concrete. When the content of rock powder is less than 10%, the wear value of the sand of the mechanism sand decreases obviously with the increase of the content of rock powder. However, when the content of rock powder is higher than 10%, the abrasion value of the sand of the sand system increases slightly. With the increase of the sand rate of the sand, the wear resistance of the sand decreases.
