习近平总书记在2013年全国组织工作会议上提出,新时期优秀干部的标准,即信念坚定、为民服务、勤政务实、敢于担当、清正廉洁。党的各级干部管理部门,如何以“五好”标准培养教育干部,提升干部队伍能力素质是摆在我们面前的重要课题。笔者认为,加强党“五好”干部队伍培训,事关党的事业兴衰和成败,只有强化教育培训,提高党性修养,进一步坚定理想信念,才能永葆党的生机和活力。
At the 2013 National Organization Working Conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the criteria for outstanding cadres in the new era, namely, firm conviction, serving the people, diligent and pragmatic, daring to assume responsibility, and being honest and clean. How the cadre management departments at all levels of the party train cadres with the standard of “Five Good” and improve their ability and quality are the important topics before us. The author believes that strengthening the party’s training of “five good” cadres is crucial to the rise and fall of the cause of the party and its success. Only by strengthening education and training, improving party spirit and further strengthening its ideals and convictions can the party’s vitality and vitality be preserved.
