对某航空用轴承组件中的一个高精密套筒进行刚度测试研究,将测试结果与有限元分析得到的结果进行比较,提出一种在微机控制万能压力机上测试高精密零件刚度的改进方法,该方法可以显著提高零件刚度测试的准确度,可以为高精密零件的优化设计提供有价值的参考依据。
The stiffness test of a high precision sleeve in an aviation bearing assembly is carried out. The test results are compared with those obtained by the finite element analysis. An improved method for testing the stiffness of high precision parts in a microcomputer controlled universal press is proposed The method can significantly improve the accuracy of the part stiffness test and provide valuable reference for the optimization design of high precision parts.
