在我们的教学过程中,英语课堂上教师讲,学生听;讲词法,讲语法;忽视了学法指导,重知识讲解,轻能力培养的现象相当普遍,在教学过程中常出现一问一答,少数尖子生回答,而多数学生顺大流,很少让学生独立思考。教师上课先领读单词,接着讲解词的用法,讲语法,翻译课文,做练习,学生只是成为被动的听记接受者,这一过程中教师成为教学的核心人物,完全违背了教学规律,忽视了学生在学习中的主体地位,从而学生的智力得不到开发,影响了能力的培养。怎样才能确立学生的主体地位,发挥教师的指导作用,提高工作效率呢?下面粗浅谈谈个人的看法和做法。
