The subprime mortgage crisis (financial crisis) in the United States demonstrates the failure of the existing financial regulatory model to prevent systemic risks. The root causes of the subprime mortgage crisis can be attributed to a large extent to the financial corruption resulting from the serious failure of financial information disclosure. As a regulation of financial information disclosure, through the transparency of the regulation to reduce the demand for corruption and supply regulation, information regulation plays an important role in curbing financial corruption. Comparing the new reform of the financial regulatory system in the United States, basing itself on China’s practice and restructuring the financial regulatory system, we can further improve the information disclosure system of financial institutions by focusing on information regulation and strive to build an integrated financial information platform and establish an effective information sharing mechanism , Integrate regulatory resources and form a powerful synergy of anti-corruption and anti-corruption in finance.
