以优化的中药配方与相应的肠道益生菌群进行合理配比形成益生元产品,采用喷雾干燥工艺制备中药复合益生元微胶囊制剂,扫描电镜显示其具有完整的微结构和产品成型率。选择斜带石斑鱼为研究对象,探讨中药复合益生元微胶囊制剂对斜带石斑鱼生长和非特异性免疫的影响。试验结果表明,饲料中添加中药复合益生元微胶囊制剂能极显著提高鱼体生长性能和饲料利用率(P<0.01)。攻毒试验结果表明,中药复合益生元微胶囊制剂能显著提高免疫器官脾指数(P<0.05),但中药制剂自身存在双向性,在饲喂过程中会出现鱼体免疫器官肝指数和头肾指数下降的现象(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,极显著提高机体免疫性细胞吞噬率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和溶菌酶(LZM)活性(P<0.01),血清(F=9.481,P=0.005)和肝胰(F=9.540,P=0.004)总体抗氧化活力显著提高(P<0.05),对于酚氧化还原酶活性的提高不显著(P>0.05),HE染色组织病理切片可观察到中药复合益生元微胶囊对于鳗弧菌感染的鱼体受损肝器官具有明显疗效,试验中斜带石斑鱼存活率随饲料中中药益生元微胶囊制剂含量的升高而升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加黄连复合益生菌群微胶囊制剂可显著提高斜带石斑鱼非特异性免疫功能和疾病抵抗力(P<0.05)。
The optimized Chinese medicine formula and the corresponding intestinal probiotics group were rationally formulated to produce prebiotic products. Spray drying technology was used to prepare the compound prebiotic microcapsule preparation. SEM showed that it had complete microstructure and product forming rate. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the Chinese medicine compound prebiotic microcapsule preparation on growth and non-specific immunity of Grouper grouper. The results showed that the addition of Chinese medicine compound prebiotics microcapsules can significantly improve the growth performance and feed utilization (P <0.01). The results of the challenge test showed that the compound prebiotic microcapsule preparation could significantly increase the spleen index of immune organs (P <0.05), but the traditional Chinese medicine preparation itself had the bidirectional nature. During the feeding process, the liver index of the immune organ of the fish and the head kidney Index decreased phenomenon (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the phagocytosis rate, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and LZM activity (P <0.01), serum (F = 9.481, P = 0.005) The total antioxidant activity of pancreas (F = 9.540, P = 0.004) was significantly increased (P <0.05), while the activity of phenol redox enzyme was not significantly increased (P> 0.05). HE- The microcapsules have a significant effect on the liver organ damaged by Vibrio anguillarum infection. The survival rate of the grouper was increased with the increase of the content of the prebiotic microcapsule in the feed (P <0.05). In conclusion, the microcapsule preparations with the inclusion of coptis probiotics could significantly improve the nonspecific immune function and disease resistance of the grouper (P <0.05).
