目的:研究刺五加皂甙对糖尿病大鼠血过氧化脂质和超氧化物歧化酶的影响。方法:采用雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为:正常对照组,糖尿病(DM)组,刺五加皂甙治疗组,后两组腹腔注射链脲菌霉素(STZ)导致DM,第3组于注射STZ1周后每日灌饲刺五加皂甙(200mg/kg),持续6周。结果:刺五加皂甙能明显地降低DM大鼠血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,并能提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结论:刺五加皂甙具有抗脂质过氧化、保护血管内皮、防治DM血管并发症的的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Acanthopanax senticosus saponins on lipid peroxidation and superoxide dismutase in diabetic rats. Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, diabetic group and acanthopanax senticosus group. The latter two groups were given streptozotocin (STZ) Weeks were fed acanthopanax senticosus (200mg / kg) for 6 weeks. Results: Acanthopanax senticosus could obviously reduce the content of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) and increase the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in DM rats. Conclusion: Acanthopanax senticosus has anti-lipid peroxidation, vascular endothelial protection, prevention and treatment of DM vascular complications.
