[目的]探讨Twist和HGF在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例NSCLC组织及12例癌旁组织中Twist、HGF表达情况。[结果]肺癌组织中,Twist、HGF的阳性表达率分别为68.3%(41/60)、56.7%(34/60)。癌旁组织中Twist、HGF表达率分别为16.7%(2/12)和8.3%(1/12)。Twist高表达与肺癌分化程度相关(P=0.031),HGF高表达与肺癌淋巴结转移相关(P=0.006)。Twist、HGF蛋白的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.417,P<0.01)。[结论]Twist、HGF在NSCLC中高表达,并对其发生、发展起重要作用。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of Twist and HGF in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. [Method] Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Twist and HGF in 60 NSCLC tissues and 12 adjacent non-cancerous tissues. [Results] The positive rates of Twist and HGF in lung cancer were 68.3% (41/60) and 56.7% (34/60), respectively. The expression of Twist and HGF in paracancerous tissues was 16.7% (2/12) and 8.3% (1/12) respectively. The high expression of Twist was correlated with the degree of lung cancer differentiation (P = 0.031), and the high expression of HGF was correlated with the lymph node metastasis of lung cancer (P = 0.006). Twist, HGF protein expression was positively correlated (r = 0.417, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Twist and HGF are highly expressed in NSCLC and play an important role in their occurrence and development.
