我国企业薪酬管理存在许多的问题,如薪酬管理制度不够规范、缺乏弹性、公平性、竞争行、透明性和战略导向性,难以达到预期的激励效果,这对于企业吸引外来人才,留住优秀人才,激励有用人才,提高企业绩效,在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,是非常不利的,我国企业面临薪酬管理困境已成为企业发展的“绊脚石”。
