首先介绍了导电纤维的导电机理,然后详细阐述了导电纤维的制备现状,分析了基于金属加工方法、纺丝加工技术和后处理方法制备的导电纤维的优缺点,最后对导电纤维制备产业发展中面临的问题进行了总结。分析结果表明:未来导电纤维制备在关注产业化的同时,也应注意降低生产成本,提高导电纤维导电性能稳定性与持续性,重视导电纤维性能测试与评价体系的构建。
Firstly, the conductive mechanism of conductive fibers was introduced. Then the preparation of conductive fibers was described in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of conductive fibers based on metal processing, spinning and post-processing methods were analyzed. Finally, The problems faced are summarized. The analysis results show that, in the future, the preparation of conductive fibers should pay attention to reducing the production cost, improving the stability and continuity of the conductive properties of conductive fibers, and paying attention to the construction of the testing and evaluation system of conductive fibers.
