On February 26, NMS’s senior vice president and CTOR.Brough Turner presented NMS’s three technology directions: network processor technology, ASIC technology, and CompactPCI technology, along with the latest release of its IP multiservices product, PolicyPoint version. The product is a network access device that provides support for the deployment of broadband IP services. PolicyPoint delivers different levels of quality of service for each user and application in an IP environment, enabling service providers to deploy broadband-based IP services.
