本文利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术检测两种卫生杀虫气雾剂的致突变性,其结果蚕豆根尖细胞微核率分别为26 .75 ‰;27 .67 ‰,与做为阴性对照的自来水相比较,经统计处理均有显著性差异( P< 001) ,并呈现剂量反应关系。小鼠骨髓微核试验阴性。实验结果提示,卫生杀虫气雾剂能诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核率增加,具有致突变性。
In this paper, Vicia faba root tip cell micronucleus technology was used to detect the mutagenicity of two kinds of aerosol insecticides. The results showed that the micronucleus rate of Vicia faba root tip cells was 26%. 75 ‰; 27. 67 ‰, compared with the tap water as a negative control, the statistical treatment were significantly different (P <0 01), and showed a dose-response relationship. Mice bone marrow micronucleus test negative. The experimental results suggest that aerosol insecticide can induce micronucleus rate in Vicia faba root tip cells with mutagenicity.
