改革开放以来,苏州第三产业有了较大发展。但是,由于长期受计划经济体制束缚,加上管理体制不顺和政策不配套等原因,第三产业发展仍然相对滞后,与建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求很不适应。大力发展第三产业已成为加快改革开放和经济建设的一项紧迫任务。应该紧紧抓住有利时机,把第三产业作为支柱产业和新的生长点,提到更重要的位置,象抓第二产业那样抓第三产业,使经济增长由主要依靠工业,逐步转向更多地依靠第三产业,提高社会经济发达程度。
Since the reform and opening up, the tertiary industry in Suzhou has made great progress. However, due to the long-term constraints of the planned economic system, coupled with the unsound management system and unaccompanied policies, the development of the tertiary industry is still lagging behind and is not suitable for the establishment of a socialist market economic system.
