添加β稳定化第三元素的TiAl合金是近年来研究的一大热点。添加V的TiAl合金,经热处理后会析出不同形态的β相。由于尚不清楚所析出的不同形态的β相对材料的断裂行为的影响,因此研究了经不同热处理后Ti-45Al-10V合金的断裂行为。
TiAl alloy with β-stabilized third element added has been a hot spot in recent years. Add V TiAl alloy, after heat treatment will precipitate different forms of β phase. The fracture behavior of Ti-45Al-10V alloy after different heat treatments has been studied because it is unclear the fracture behavior of different forms of β precipitated.
