ＤＮＡ提取质量是影响ＤＮＡ分析实验结果的关键因素之一，保持不同样本间ＤＮＡ质量的一致性对实验结果的可靠性至关重要，这要求在材料选择和提取方法两个方面都要加以考虑。介绍了从针叶树营养体组织中提取高纯度ＤＮＡ的方法，提取的关键是选择合适的材料，不同于通常采用针叶进行ＤＮＡ提取，本实验选用尚未木质化的针叶树嫩梢进行ＤＮＡ提取，可以在较为简单的实验条件和实验程序下提取高质量ＤＮＡ。按照作者提供的提取方法，可以获得高纯度的，质量较为一致的ＤＮＡ，适用于不同针叶树的ＤＮＡ提取，省时且实验成本较低。
The quality of DNA extraction is one of the key factors that affect the results of DNA analysis. Maintaining the consistency of DNA quality among different samples is crucial for the reliability of the results, which requires consideration in both material selection and extraction methods. This paper introduced the method of extracting high purity DNA from conifer nutrition body tissue. The key of extraction is to select the appropriate material, different from the usual method of extracting DNA with needles. In this experiment, Simpler experimental conditions and experimental procedures to extract high quality DNA. According to the extraction method provided by the author, high-purity and relatively consistent DNA can be obtained, which is suitable for DNA extraction of different conifers, saving time and having lower experimental cost.
