本文在家兔主动脉条和豚鼠回肠标本上观察了7-溴化乙氧苯四氢巴马汀(7--bromoethyoxybenzene-tetrahydropalmatine,EBP)对α受体和M受体的影响。结果表明,EBP能依剂量地降低[ ̄3H]哌唑嗪与α1受体特异性结合,对豚鼠离体回肠M受体无显著作用。
In this study, the effects of 7 - bromoethyoxybenzene - tetrahydropalmatine (EBP) on α - receptor and M - receptor were observed in rabbit aortic strips and guinea pig ileum specimens. The results show that EBP can dose-dependently reduce [~ 3H] prazosin and α1 receptor-specific binding of guinea pig isolated ileum M receptor no significant effect.
