本文主要阐述高速成形过程中对获取瞬态参数的研究,以及在实测过程中的应用。列举了被测过程最佳曲线的测定过程及方法。并就加“同步系统”与不加“同步系统”的测定方法进行了比较,前者无论在技术性能方面还是在经济效果方面均有显著的优越性。
This article mainly expounds the research on obtaining transient parameters in high-speed forming process and its application in the actual measurement process. The process and method of measuring the best curve of the tested process are listed. The comparison between the “synchronous system” and the “synchronous system” without adding “synchronous system” shows that the former has obvious superiority both in terms of technical performance and economic effect.
