1993年11月26日至28日,《中国铁路》、《Chinese Railways》、《世界铁路》三刊编辑部在柳州铁路局南宁铁路分局召开了第二届通讯员工作会议。编委会副主任委员、铁道部科技司副司长袁国錞,编委会委员、柳州铁路局总工程师胡文智等领导同志出席了会议。会议由编委会委员、《中国铁路》《Chinese Railways》主编、铁道科技信息研究所副所长龚深弟主持。
From November 26 to November 28, 1993, the editorial departments of “China Railway”, “Chinese Railways” and “World Railway” held the second meeting of correspondents at Nanning Railway Branch of Liuzhou Railway Bureau. Editorial Board Vice Chairman, Ministry of Railways Ministry of Science and Technology Yuan Guobu, editorial board member, Liuzhou Railway Bureau Chief Engineer Hu Wenzhi and other leading comrades attended the meeting. The conference was presided over by Gong Shendi, member of the editorial board, editor-in-chief of “China Railways” “Chinese Railways” and deputy director of the Institute of Railway Science and Technology Information.
