郑州拖车厂是一个拥有700名职工,以生产中原牌2-10吨农用拖车为主的国家二级企业,近几年来,该企业通过不断强化质量意识,用优质产品赢得市场、赢得用户;强化技改意识,对厂房和设备进行大规模的技术改造,增强企业后劲;强化管理意识,不断深化改革,牢牢把握企业发展的主旋律;强化财务管理,转变会计职能,推动了企业经营机制的转变,为提高企业经济效益打下了坚实的基础。1995年实现利润1611万元,上交各种税金722万元,1996年上半年实现利润839万元,上交各种税金415万元。现将我厂强化企业内部财务管理方面的主要做法简述如下:
